We generally ship the same day we receive the order except on weekends. Orders will be shipped First Class (3-7 day delivery) unless weight (over 1 pound) requires Priority Mailing (2-3 day delivery). If you need an expedited shipping method: priority or overnight, we can usually accommodate for an additional fee, email us at info@antelopebeads.com, call us at 303-447-0725, or include a note on your order.
 
We cannot ship Kazuri outside the United States; all other products can be shipped outside the US.

Canada - order value < $400 and 4 pounds

All Other International Locations - order value < $400 and 4 pounds
$16.95 5-15 Business Days
Orders over $400 or 4 pounds will require additional shipping. We will contact you via email with your options.
 
At this time, our website does not allow for us to properly calculate and collect international shipping fees until after we receive the order. By placing the order we assume you agree to these charges and we will charge your credit card accordingly or invoice you through PayPal if that was your method of payment. We will not ship an order until the shipping fees have been collected.
 
USPS does not guarantee delivery times. USPS only offers limited tracking services for Global Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. We ship worldwide and have never had a lost package, although packages are occasionally delayed in customs.
 
We are not responsible for any extra time your order may be delayed in customs. You are solely responsible for any duty charges and we do not undervalue shipment on customs forms. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.
 
In some cases our standard international shipping options will not be feasible. We will contact you via e-mail if there is difficulty shipping to your country and outline your options.


Return Policy:

If you are not pleased with an Antelope Beads purchase for any reason, return the product in its original packaging and original condition within 60 days of your order. We will provide a full credit, refund, or exchange. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. No returns or exchanges will be made on Sale items.

Your payment will be refunded once we receive your return. You may choose to purchase insurance or proof of delivery if you wish, at your expense. Please remember that we will only refund items returned in their original condition and original packaging. Thank you.
