My Credit Card is not going through?!

Every once in awhile we have a situation where the customer's credit card will not process even though the card is fine.  This doesn't happen often, but often enough to cause frustration. Unfortunately, we can't figure out why this happens.

Here's what to do in you find yourself in that position:

  1. Go through checkout process until payment screen
  2. Choose paypal option instead of credit card
  3. Confirm your order - and please provide a phone number in the comment section where you can be easily reached so that we can contact you for your credit card information.
  4. After you confirm the order, you will be taken to a "Paypal" payment screen - just ignore - close the window.
  5. Your order is now pending and as soon as we connect and get your credit card information we will process your order.
